They say that all stories must eventually come to an end, but the story of Fairytale has only just begun! Thank you for being part of this adventure. It’s truly a magical experience to build the world of Fairytale together and improve our project with your valuable feedback.

With how things are shaping up, we’re thrilled to announce that all Stretch Goals have been unlocked! Thanks to your support, we’re on track to produce the game on time, following our bold delivery schedule.

I can’t thank you enough, 1900 backers, for making all this possible by inviting the delightful critters of Fairytale to your game tables to create joyful memories with your loved ones!

Now, let’s take a look at what we’ve unlocked so far:

20th Stretch Goal - New Armor Tokens – Leather, Chain-mail & Full Plate

With so many new enemies now roaming the world of Fairytale, our Heroes will need stronger armor to stand a chance in battle. That’s why we’ve created three new powerful armors as a stretch goal! These versatile armors provide solid defensive options for all Heroes, no matter which Armor type they’ve chosen, ensuring everyone is ready for the challenges ahead.

21st Stretch Goal -  Extra Silver Upgrade Cards

The Heroes’ decks just got even more powerful! With the addition of extra Silver Action Cards to choose from, every level-up will feel unique and exciting. These new Action Cards offer more strategic options, allowing you to further customize your deck and adapt your playstyle however you want!

22nd Stretch Goal - New Attack Tokens - Vampiric & Sow Terror

Powerful offensive abilities have just been added to the game! The first, Path of War ability, Sow Terror, allows you to completely remove a unit from combat when you defeat another unit, as your final blow strikes fear into the enemy’s ranks causing them to flee. The second, Path of the Duel ability, Vampiric, lets you recover health during battle by damaging your opponent, turning the tide even in the most difficult fights of Fairytale.

23rd Stretch Goal - New Weapon Tokens – Composite Crossbow & Khopesh

More powerful options for the Aim and Hit, and Pierce and Cut weapon types have been added to the game. Customize your hero with your preferred weaponry and ensure you’re equipped to tackle even the mightiest bosses!

24th Stretch Goal -  Extra Gold Action Cards

The most powerful Action Cards have just received an upgrade! The Gold tier of Action Cards stands as the strongest card type, offering the most resources and amplifying all of the Hero’s unique talents. Now, with more Gold Cards in your collection, your Hero will be unstoppable.

25th Stretch Goal -  Wooden Compass

A wooden compass piece, measuring 3.5cm in diameter, has been added to the game to help you orient the Map and serve as a visual cue for the four directions, making it easier to navigate effortlessly.

26th Stretch Goal - Extra Boss Encounter - The King Wolf Basil

He’s Big, he’s Bad, and he’s even hungrier! King Basil has just joined the fray as the Big Bad Wolf of Fairytale, ready to confront the heroes and sow terror into their adventure. Do you have what it takes to go head-to-head with such a formidable foe?

Secret Unlock - Story Twist Mode

Now that we have unlocked all the stretch goals for Fairytale, we have an extra exciting gift for you! A new way to experience the magic of Fairytale! In this mode, the Map is progressively built from random tiles and then populated with encounters drawn from a semi-randomized pool full of surprises. This mode ensures endless replayability and unique unexpected twists in your stories!
